LACROIX Sofrel is a telemetry and SCADA product manufacturer with great concern for its customers' total and durable satisfaction.
For the users of our telemetry and SCADA products, the ability to rely on their devices is critical for the completion of their duties.
We propose a Customer Technical department, with team members committed to the satisfaction of our product users.
Consisting of some 20 engineers and technicians specialising in SOFREL telemetry and SCADA products, the technical department is organised into Water and Energy business hubs.
Each team member is dedicated to assisting users of SOFREL solutions in the implementation and use of their devices.
The main duties of the Customer Department are:
- technical support with free hotline,
- on-site commissioning assistance,
- Customer training in France and abroad.

The technical service teams possess excellent language skills (English, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, etc.). They can provide answers to problems submitted by customers worldwide.

Our hotline platform is available permanently to respond to any incidents or questions concerning your telemetry and SCADA facilities.
If necessary, our technicians can remotely log onto your devices to run remote diagnostics.
More than 80% of problems submitted to the customer technical department are resolved on the same day as the call.
